The Service

SpeakFox is an English learning app that helps you improve your speaking skills by practicing with video content. The app provides tools for shadowing exercises and tracks your progress locally on your device.

Subscriptions

• SpeakFox offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions ("SpeakFox Pro")
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Content

• Video content displayed in the app is sourced from YouTube and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service
• We do not own or control third-party video content

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
